Now open for bookings at �20 per person for the long weekend Takoda camping has been moved a few miles up the road to Haggs Bank. As Takoda, Haggs is a family run campsite run by bike loving people. The price will be the same �20 for camping May 1st - May 4th 2015. That's Friday, Saturday and Sunday Night. http://haggsbank.com/ With this change comes the added benefit of a bunkhouse. If you fancy the bunkhouse you need to book through Haggs website at �18 per night. Haggs Bank Campsite has 2 special areas each offering a unique camping experience. A small woodland area offers trees for hammock tents! Whilst the main campsite sits in part of a 4.5 acre wildflower meadow with terraced pitches to enhance the views across the valley. Discover the areas dramatic landscapes of Ullswater, Alston, the North Pennines and the Eden Valley. Close to both the borders of Scotland and the Yorkshire Dales, this secluded and unspoiled destination will inspire, rejuvenate and refresh you at any time of the year.
