We have reserved four Cabins at 'Deerpark', a Forestry Commission site near Liskeard, Cornwall for what is likely to be a great Club weekend amidst the unspoilt splendour of Cornwall.

This weekend is not a Bank Holiday so traffic and visitors should be minimal although, as it runs from Friday to Monday, you may want to look at booking a couple of days holiday...

Those of you that attended the Keldy Kabins last year will know the high quality of these sites and this should be a very similar event to that one (report was in the May 2007 e-Zine and you can see a few photos here. As at Keldy, the cabins should be clean, bright and airy with all bedding etc. and normal cooking facilities included. Electricity is about the only thing not included in the price and for that you have to buy cards for the meter.

On site there are:

	Forest trails to walk or cycle.
	Ranger led walks and activities.
	Mountain bike hire – including tagalongs for children.
	Games room with table tennis.
	Children’s play area.
	Grocery delivery.
	Launderette.
	Payphone.

Nearby there are:

	Shops at Pelynt, 5 miles away.
	Shops, sailing and sea fishing at Looe, 7 miles away.
	Eden Project, 20 miles away.
	Pleasure boat trips around the whole local coastline.
	Windsurfing.
	Pony-trekking and horse-riding.
	Beaches and coastal walks

For those that would like it there will be a ride-out organised on both the Saturday and Sunday, the Rally Fee will include a 'Fish & Chips' supper on the Friday evening and I'm sure folk will get together for the usual party in one of the cabins during the evenings.

Cost is £50 per person. We have four two roomed cabins available and each consists of one double room and one twin room - single rooms are not available so if you are coming alone you will be roomed with another person. This means that there are only 16 places available on a 'First come, First Served' basis so early booking and payment is highly recommended. IF we become fully booked over the next couple of months it is possible that we may be able to book another one or two cabins but after that there is no guarantee..... So Book Now.........
